Clinical Social Work & Psychotherapy

I currently work at Healing Arts Collaborative as a psychotherapist (clinical social worker/direct practitioner).

I believe healing happens collectively, interpersonally, and internally. As a therapist, I steward people through internal and interpersonal healing with the hope of making collective healing possible. Ultimately, I believe our best lives are lived in connection — with all versions of ourself, with one another, our histories, and the land.

I work primarily with adult survivors of interpersonal violence, especially complex childhood trauma. I center my work on queer & trans neurodivergent survivors, especially those living at the intersection of multiple marginalizations.

My clinical work is grounded in Relational-Cultural Theory & informed by somatic, narrative, and dialectical therapies, as well as parts work. Anti-oppression frameworks are central to my approach. Primarily, my sessions are talk therapy — I’m a verbal processor, as are many of my clients. I also bring in elements from art therapy, storytelling, embodied knowledge, and archetype work.
